Okay, I have to admit since I started to crochet a lot of projects went wrong ;)

Whether it were hats that were too big or too long…

or changing colours between rows…

eventually things just go wrong! Unfortunately I tend to throw stuff,that turns not out to be what I want it to, away instantly – but a few were documented in pictures :)

Hello my crochet friends,

Spring finally arrived here in Vienna and I was in the mood to crochet something to decorate our frontdoor.

So I’ve decided to try on a wall- or doordecor.

I had a very special picture in my mind, how it should look like. I wanted to crochet some kind of a long ribbon, decorated with different flowers, butterflies and maybe some easter related stuff.

Here is what it looks like now that it is finished:

What do you think ? I am very proud of it, it’s my first project of this kind and I think it came out quite well :)

I love this kind of layered flower! It’s so beautiful, the skill level isn’t too high and it works great with different colours.

I worked a few single crochets into around the ring and placed the flower on the upper edge, so that the ring is almost not visible.

Different coloured flowers and butterflies look nice on the yellow ribbon. And the easter eggs just make it look perfect :)

Hello to all my fabulous crochet geeks!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted something new here – but NOW I finally came to end some open projects.

I’ve been working on different patterns, and they will be posted online tonight or tomorrow morning (depending on my daughter’s mood :P ) ! I will keep you all updated when they go online and post it here and on my FB page.

I’ve been working on some appliques for boys – and here is the first one:

A dino or T-Rex :)

Those cute UFOs are very easy to make and you only need a small amount of each yarn colour :)

The fire truck is ready to go :)

Stitch is almost finished – I’m still working on the tail and some accessoires, but soon the pattern will be available.
